The focus is on project developments in the asset classes office, residential, retail, logistics, hotel as well as mixed forms in the German TOP 7 cities and metropolitan regions as well as top locations in B-cities.
The risk profile is designed in such a way that, at the time of participation in the project, the classic prerequisites such as building rights, pre-letting or cost certainty must be fulfilled as far as possible.
The mezzanine loans have a term of 6 months to three years and a fixed interest rate with no profit entitlement.
